Theatron is a state-of-the-art solution for performing arts organizations. Built together with theatre professionals Theatron enables you to digitalize your production planning process. Theatron is your centralized online database for all your production information – offering employees the one and only truth for the always up to date schedules. Memoron

Memoron is a dynamic solution for museums for inventorying and cataloging all items regardless of the type – creating a digital archive of all the items. Memoron is dynamic allowing the customer to define all the information types and metadata to be saved for each item category. In addition to customer defined metadata, Memoron can store all the digital audiovisual material, sound, videos and images. Memoron is currently available in Finnish. What's new

Teatret Vårt signs up for Theatron

Teatret Vårt is established in 1972 and it is one of Norway's most respected and influential regional theatres. The theatre produces annually between 250 and 300 performances and has around 45 permanent employees working in a new theatre building in Molde.

Being a touring theatre Teatret Vårt will implement the Theatron OnTour version with the Integrated Intranet. Theatron will be integrated into theatres payroll system for transferring the work hour information automatically and Microsoft Office365 environment providing seamless information flow between different calendars. Intranet will be the place for centralized information, available for all employees anytime with any device. Theatret Vårt will also implement the SMS messaging option, which sends automated messages to relevant persons if for example changes in rehearsal times or place are made.

All together this solution will greatly increase the efficiency of daily work routines for planning rehearsals, shows, work times and sharing this information across the whole organization. The goal is to reduce the amount of manual work and errors, allowing Theatret Vårt to concentrate more into the essential – making great theatre!
